1. What we sell

The Site sells a single sponsored placement on the homepage (the “crown”). A purchase, once the payment provider confirms it, may display your name or handle, optional link, and optional message on the homepage until a later confirmed purchase replaces it. You also appear in the Site’s doubling history.

A purchase does not buy a cash prize, a pot, a payout, or a right to any money collected from other buyers. You are paying for the placement, not entering a lottery, raffle, or sweepstakes.

The price of the next placement is exactly double the amount of the last confirmed purchase, or the starting price shown on the homepage if there is no current holder. Checkout is created at that locked-in amount at the moment you start payment.

2. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher. You must be able to form a binding contract. You must not use the Site if doing so is illegal where you live.

3. How a purchase is confirmed

Checkout and card processing are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. We do not see or store your card details.

The crown changes hands only when that provider confirms a successful payment to us, typically by webhook. Returning from checkout, or seeing a success screen, is not enough on its own.

Only one confirmed payment can be strictly higher than the current holder’s amount at the moment of confirmation. If someone else’s payment is confirmed first at the current price, you do not receive the placement. That payment is still a completed sale. See the refund and cancellation policy.

You may pay to double your own amount while you still hold the crown. There is no extra benefit to doing so.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the name, link, and message you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the Site for as long as it is the current placement or part of the history.

You must not submit anything that is illegal, malware, phishing, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove a placement or history line that violates this, without a refund.

We may refuse or reverse a display for legal, fraud, or acceptable-use reasons. That is not a promise that we review every submission in advance.

5. Payments and taxes

Prices are shown on the Site in the currency used at checkout. The amount you authorise is the amount locked in when checkout starts, plus any tax the merchant of record is required to collect.

The merchant of record appears on your card statement or receipt, not “yololo.lol” as the card acquirer. Their checkout terms and buyer-protection rules apply in addition to these Terms.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription to cancel. Sales are final except as described in the refund and cancellation policy or as required by law or by the merchant of record.

7. The Site is provided as is

The Site is a small, automated service. Placement duration is not guaranteed for any length of time: someone else may pay the next price immediately. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that a particular link will stay reachable, or that a placement will produce any publicity, traffic, or commercial result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that limit is forbidden).

8. Changes

We may change the Site, the starting price, or these Terms. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after it is posted. We may also update Rules to explain mechanics. If Rules and these Terms conflict on a legal point, these Terms control.

9. Contact

For Site policy questions, write from the email you used at checkout and include the receipt or order ID from the merchant of record. We match requests to the payment record. Payment, receipt, or card questions go to the merchant of record named on your checkout receipt.
